Each year, 5th graders partake in several activities to celebrate the end of elementary school and start the transition to middle school.

5th Grade Fun Night (at the middle school)

BRMS hosts a Fun Night for 5th graders. Look for information in newsletters and your student's take home folder.

End-of-Year Celebration Ceremony

On the last day of school, students participate in a moving-up ceremony with a student family reception afterwards. Due to space constraints, each student is allowed up to two guests for he ceremony.

 

5th Grade Picnic

After the reception, students are bused to Powder Mills Park for an afternoon of fun, games and lunch. To help defray the cost of the day's events, $8/student is requested.
