Each classroom will have 1-2 room parents. An email will go out a week before school from our Room Rep chair to gauge interest. If more than 2 parents are interested, there will be a lottery to select the room reps.

Responsibilities

• Help with field trip and class activity sign-up sheets

• Remind parents to sign-up for volunteer opportunities

• Reminder emails or phone calls for class and some school activities

• Requests to parents for class materials (as needed)

• Answer questions from parents

• Coordinate end of year teacher/staff gifts (May)
